What upholstery options are available?

Sonpura offers three series of fabrics so you can personalize your Abombado headboard according to your style and needs.

- Urban Series

• - Ecopel range: Practical and resistant imitation leather, very easy to clean with a damp cloth. Available in Stone and White colors.
• - Como Range: technical fabric with water-repellent treatment that repels liquids and is fire-retardant. Available in Cream, Linen, Ash and Antelope colors.

- City Series

• - Cler Range: elegant, water-repellent fabric and very easy to keep clean. Available in Raw, Beige and Hamster colors.
• - Fjord range: stands out for its soft touch, fire-retardant properties and easy cleaning. Available in Ivory, Beige, Antelope and Grey.

- Excellent Series

• - Chrome Range: the most advanced range in hygiene. Easy-to-clean fabric with certified antibacterial and anti-mite protection. Available in Raw, Pearl and Beige colors.

Does the headboard require professional assembly?

Assembling the headboard is simple and does not require professional installation. The system varies depending on the chosen height.

• - Height 80 cm (hanging): is fixed to the wall using included hardware, so drilling is necessary. Transport does not include drilling service or wall installation.
• - Height 125 cm (to the ground): is placed directly on the ground on its legs. To fix it, it incorporates a high-adhesion double-sided adhesive system, so you don't need to drill holes or use tools.

What does it mean for the structure to be FSC certified?

The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification guarantees that the Galician pine wood used in the headboard structure comes from responsibly and sustainably managed forests.

This provides two main benefits:

• - Quality: the headboard has a natural solid wood skeleton, which provides it with superior resistance and durability compared to other materials.
• - Sustainability: you contribute to the preservation of the environment and biodiversity, avoiding uncontrolled logging.

How do I know which headboard size to choose for my bed?

In our size selector you will find the total width of the headboard (for example, 100 cm, 145 cm or 160 cm). For a more aesthetic result and for the headboard to correctly frame the bed, we recommend choosing a size approximately 10 cm larger than the mattress, that is, about 5 cm on each side.

Quick guide to equivalences:

• - For a 90 cm mattress → choose a 100 cm headboard.
• - For a mattress of 135 cm → choose headboard of 145 cm.
• - For mattress of 150 cm → choose headboard of 160 cm.
• - For mattress of 180 cm → choose headboard of 190 cm.

Note: if you prefer the headboard to be exactly the same width as your mattress, you can opt for a personalized measurement.

I can't find the size I need, do you make special sizes?

Yes, we manufacture custom headboards to adapt to any need. If you need a specific width, to cover tables or a height other than the standard one, we can do it for you.

How is the headboard installed? Is it hanging or supported?

The fixing system depends on the height of the headboard, always seeking to offer stability and ease of installation.

• - 125 cm high headboards: are designed to rest on the floor. They include 2 10 cm PVC legs and have velcro on the back to fix them to the wall and prevent movement.
• - 80 cm high headboards: are designed to be hung on the wall. They are supplied with 2 plates so you can easily anchor them at the desired height.
