Express Delivery Mattresses

24–72 hour express delivery is completely free of charge and comes at no extra cost. To ensure the fastest possible delivery service, orders shipped with express delivery do not include old mattress removal or assembly services, as they are handled by transport agencies specialized in urgent deliveries.

Most mattresses delivered within 24–72 hours arrive rolled and vacuum-packed. To unpack your mattress, simply remove the protective cardboard, place it on the bed base where it will be used, and carefully tear the plastic wrapping by hand. Please avoid using sharp objects to prevent damaging the mattress fabric or upholstery.

The mattress will gradually recover its full shape and volume. For the best performance and comfort, we strongly recommend waiting between 4 and 8 hours before using the mattress after unpacking. If your order includes a bed base, it will be delivered in a box together with an easy-to-follow assembly guide.

Shipping within mainland Spain is free of charge. For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, additional shipping costs may apply. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
