Nice to meet you. I was afraid to buy online because the previous one was very bad but this one is wonderful, the first night it seems too hard, since the previous one I had was in such bad condition, but for me it is perfect, it does not reach 28 cm but it is almost 26 cm which is very good with the firmness it brings, you can turn around without sinking and that is great, the truth is that I am very happy, I have a lot of back and circulation problems having gained a lot of weight and I hope it lasts at least longer than the previous one I had. The girl called me to let me know that she was bringing it to me and between the boy and I we carried it up without a problem since I live in a 2nd floor without an elevator. I bought it on September 28th and it arrived on October 6th. It didn't arrive earlier because the gift pillows were not yet in stock. I would recommend the website and the service without a doubt!
