The Sonpura Classic Upholstered Bed Base is a generously proportioned fixed base with a timeless design that brings a warm, elegant feel to any bedroom.
Sonpura offers a wide range of personalisation options, allowing you to choose the colour and fabric that best suit your taste — making this bed base the perfect complement to your mattress and bedroom décor.
To promote airflow, the top of the base is upholstered in a highly breathable 3D mesh fabric with ventilation eyelets, which allow air to circulate freely between the mattress and the base, preventing unwanted shifting thanks to its anti-slip properties. The double steel frame construction is exceptionally resistant and features anti-corrosion finishes. The 5-horizontal-bar system makes the base virtually indeformable.
The rounded corners add a softer aesthetic and act as a safety feature — ideal for households with young children, reducing the risk of bumps and bruises. The base is also covered with a 10 mm Confortec foam perimeter layer, which prolongs the life of the base and cushions any accidental contact with the edges.
You can also choose the leg style for your base. Sonpura's exclusive patented Base Fix system ensures that once the legs are fitted, the frame remains completely stable — eliminating any movement or instability during sleep.
