Disastrous service. The mattress is good but the bed base is very disappointing because the legs do not engage (only one was with the normal softness in this type of furniture). The worst is the service. You buy a pack (in my case I also added pillows and pillowcases) They leave it on the street so you have to plan to hire someone to take it home (or several because it is heavy) But... they have brought it to me 4 times!!!! And in each one he called me 10 minutes in advance. So you leave everything, run out, and find yourself on the street with a part of the order, which you can't use because you're missing the rest. If you also want to return something you need a dose of extra patience. A dance begins of sending photos, return labels, trips to the post office with all the weight... and the post office doesn't know anything and won't accept your packages. A month has passed, I want to return the pillows, I have notified them of the postal problem and I have not received a response. The covers are horrible but I just threw them in the trash. I don't even bother taking trips. I did like the mattress... but I still haven't been able to fall asleep after so much unresolved moving around.
